As a qualified exams tutor and learning coach I aim to help students develop COMPETITIVE and COLLABORATIVE skills to earn good grades and grow holistically.
The COMPETITIVE skill set includes:
- Aspiration (drive) to succeed, be happy and make social contribution, long term
- diligence (work hard, study smart and produce high quality work)
- intelligence (develop and integrate logic, sensation, emotion and intuition)
The COLLABORATIVE skill set includes:
- Read people , using a system I have discovered integrating the systems of many cultures
- Read events , using a development of my system for reading people
- Build and maintain rapport
- Communicate well , using cohering imagery
These skills are specifically targeted on:
- Maths
- English
- Psychology
- Economics and Business
- Modern Studies and Philosophy
All from Intermediate 1 up to and including Advanced Higher (for SQA exams) - or equivalent levels in all UK examining authorities. I can usually offer a little practical advice on Physics and History up to and including higher level for those coming for Maths or English tuition.
